I am Sohini Bhattacharya, a motivated individual interested in pursuing a career in the field of computational biology and seeking to explore current trends in the field of advanced research and development. I pursued Ph.D from International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. My Ph.D research mainly focuses on molecular level understanding of biomolecular structures (primarily RNA molecules) at different hierarchies, and their functional roles in larger biological contexts. Post Ph.D I have worked at Dr.Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences, Hyderabad as a post doctoral fellow in Data science. I have leveraged my proficiency in molecular docking and machine learning techniques to solve structural biology problems as well as in the domain of drug development. Through cutting-edge algorithms and advanced data analysis techniques, I have extracted valuable insights from complex datasets and provided innovative solutions to complex biological problems. I am committed to utilising my expertise in structural bioinformatics and data science to make significant contributions to the field of computational biology and to drive the advancement of scientific knowledge in this exciting area of research.
