Debasri Rakshit

Debasri Rakshit is the CoFounder and Chief of Content at Superteams.ai. Previously, she led content teams at Home Screen Network, managing a network of studios and a remote pan-India network of content creators. During this time, she managed the B2B and B2C video content flow, and eventually drove the revenue growth of Home Screen Network's upskilling EdTech product Spark.Live to $1Mn ARR.

She has over 12 years of industry experience in content and publishing, having worked with some of the most prominent global publishing houses. She was Managing Editor at Amazon-Westland between 2017 - 2019, managing their business imprint. Before that, she was editor at Penguin Random House India, HarperCollins Publishers India and Wimbledon Publishing Company (Anthem Press), London. She has published award-winning fiction titles and best-selling non-fiction titles from the subcontinent. She has worked with Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, General V.P. Malik, Sadhguru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Meghnad Desai, R. Gopalakrishnan, Mukesh Bansal, William Bissell, Sidharth Rao, Apurva Purohit, Prakash Iyer, Ashutosh Garg, Jeff Keller, Rudrajeet Desai, Apurva Purohit and Malini Agarwal, among others.Alongside studying literature, cinema and digital content management, she has studied publishing at IIM Ahmedabad.
