Project Manager

Superteams.ai is looking for a full-time Project Manager (remote). You will be responsible for
planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and
budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of technology,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various
departments.
The candidate will get exposure to some of the top AI startups globally, and will be able to
grow their career in the AI domain. Experience with managing technology projects is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end project delivery for tech and AI teams, ensuring timely and

successful completion of projects within budget.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and

product managers, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.

● Be the point of contact with clients, and ensuring that they get reports and feedback

on progress, and ensuring delivery.

● Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines, keeping all stakeholders informed of

progress and potential risks.

● Handle resource allocation, manage risks, and ensure that teams stay aligned with

project goals.

● Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback,

ensuring alignment with business objectives.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices

for project management in a startup setting.

● Ensure all project documentation is up to date, including project reports, timelines,

and milestones

Requirements:

● 4-5 years of project management experience, particularly in a startup or fast-paced

environment.

● Minimum 2 references from clients or companies you have worked with.

● Experience in handling mid-to-large-sized projects, and ensuring deadline-driven

approach

● Understanding of cadence calls and proof that your work has led to the launch of a

product, or delivery of projects

● Proven experience managing projects for tech teams (software development,

product teams, etc.).

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive teams toward success.

● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and Agile

methodologies.

● Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with scaling tech projects in a startup environment.

● Knowledge of Kanban and Agile Scrum methodologies is a must

● Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product management processes.

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) is a

must.
