Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing top AI and ML talent while streamlining the recruitment process for companies seeking skilled candidates in these domains. As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our talent network and supporting clients in building AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Use our online platform, which serves as an interface between companies and AI talent, to vet and manage the hiring process seamlessly. The executive will rely on the platform's capabilities to test, vet, and organize teams for optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and labor regulations for both candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all HR activities.
- Talent Acquisition & Shortlisting:
- Identify and screen AI/ML researchers and developers to build a high-quality talent pool.
- Work closely with client companies to understand their specific talent requirements.
- Manage job postings and outreach to attract skilled candidates in AI/ML domains.
- Onboarding & Integration:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for selected AI/ML candidates.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new hires into client companies.
- Ensure candidates are equipped with the necessary tools, documentation, and orientation for success.
- Job Posting & Client Collaboration:
- Create and manage detailed job postings tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with client companies to refine role descriptions and candidate expectations.
- Maintain clear communication between Superteams.ai, clients, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Management:
- Maintain an organized database of AI/ML professionals, including their expertise, project history, and availability.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the talent acquisition process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML domains and an understanding of the skills required in these fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration platforms.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
