Django Backend Developer

Superteams.ai is building an AI-enabled Content Workflow system for enterprises,
with deep integration of emerging Generative AI technologies. We are working with
some of the best global technology firms, streamlining their content workflow.
Superteams.ai has been funded by marquee investors, and candidates will get
first-hand startup-building experience.
We are currently looking for a skilled Django Backend Developer with a strong
background in deployment and automation on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. If

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain the backend components of web applications

using Django

● Experience with Python and Django framework.

● Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with

server-side logic.

● Create and maintain RESTful APIs for efficient data communication.

● Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code to ensure the

maintainability of our projects.

● Perform rigorous testing of systems and units to guarantee code quality and

reliability.

● Quickly identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

● Work in close collaboration with DevOps professionals to automate

deployment and infrastructure tasks.

● Monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and security of web

applications.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience of min 3-4 years as a Django Backend Developer, either

professionally or through personal projects. This role is NOT for freshers.

● Deep understanding of algorithms, and ability to create algorithmically efficient

solutions

● Solid expertise in the Django framework and its associated technologies.

● Hands-on experience with deploying and managing web applications on AWS

or GCP, including knowledge of key cloud services.

● Proficiency in database design and management, with a focus on

PostgreSQL.

● Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for automation, such as Docker,

Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

● Understanding of front-end frameworks, such as Vue3, Tailwind, React is a

major plus.

● Understanding of Large Language Model AI is a major plus.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

setting.

● Self-motivated and driven to meet project goals and deadlines.

● A strong portfolio showcasing at least one personal or professional Django

project
