October 2023 Highlights

  • Our fractional creator team has grown to over 300 subject matter experts, as we strive to curate the top 1% content creators in domains such as AI research, B2B SaaS, and climate tech.
  • We've produced over a hundred advanced press-worthy pieces of content in September, content that builds the domain ranking of the businesses we work with.
  • Most importantly, we're delighted to welcome a dynamic new team member, Vardhanam Daga, from IIT KGP, a technologist and filmmaker who is now building our AI-powered product image creation stack using the open-source Stable Diffusion. With this, we plan to solve a problem that marketplaces frequently face – access to high-quality images for their product pages.

Google’s Helpful Content System: September 2023 Update

Businesses build, we illuminate. Each day, over 250K websites are created, which are all vying for attention and traffic. A report released in September 2022 uncovered that there are over 1,980,000,000 websites that are currently active.

In September 2023, and then again in October 2023, Google released a number of core SEO updates in rapid succession. Their updated guidelines state:

“Google Search’s helpful content system generates a signal used by our automated ranking systems to better ensure people see original, helpful content created for people in search results.” You can read more about it here.
